About the job Contracts Management Lead - Hospitality

The Lead Contracts Engineer/Quantity Surveyor handles the process of bidding and awarding of the projects in assigned areas.
KEY FUNCTIONS/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) SCOUTING OF RELIABLE CONTRACTORS
- Scout qualified contractors for various housing, MRBs, Open Space & Land Development Projects
2.) BIDDING OF ASSIGNED PROJECTS
- Issues Invitation to Bid to qualified contractors
- Prepares and reviews Bid Documents to determine complete project's parameter/scope of works
- Attends pre-bidding conferences
- Prepares detailed cost estimates in conformance with standard plans and specifications to come out with competitive project cost
- Evaluates proposals prior to issuance of clarifications to ensure the completeness of contractors' bid
