Responsibilities

• Support contract management for the European region, including Spain and broader markets.
• Review, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including commercial supply agreements, service agreements, and amendments.
• Ensure adherence to contract policies, processes, and guidelines necessary to maintain secure contract documentation in the contract database.
• Develop knowledge of Nextpower’s commercial risk profile and adapt content to mitigate risks, helping to minimize potential risks to the business.
