Key Responsibilities:
Managing multiple teams and projects in the construction and cradle divisions
Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple structural repair contracts, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Oversee site operations, including programme management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination
