About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to handle and manage various legal agreements, ensuring compliance and supporting business operations for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review W2, 1099 contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- Perform redlining and contract negotiations
- Work closely with internal teams and external legal counsel/attorneys
- Ensure all agreements align with company policies and legal standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management
- Hands-on experience in redlining legal agreements, employment contracts, and NDAs
- Must have experience working with US or European clients (India-only experience will not be considered)
