Contracts Manager IT/Telecoms

My Client is a global telecoms and technology business building, developing and managing cutting edge technology solutions for enterprise clients with a similar footprint. They have need of an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Procurement Centre of Excellence in Dublin for at least 12 months. Ideally you will have experience of Contract Development in areas such as Network Equipment and Infrastructure, 5G technologies, IT, Software Licensing, Cloud, OSP/ISP Construction The Contract Manager is responsible for contract development, management and interpretation of all contractual documents, working in partnership with the Sourcing Experts, Suppliers, internal Business and Legal Departments to negotiate and develop robust legal and commercial terms and conditions with Vendors.
