Description
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and oversee financial reporting for our organization for start-up Healthcare organization. This role is remote with a strong preference candidates local to the Los Angeles area for meetings and get to togethers.

Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee all accounting operations in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

+ Own and manage factoring arrangements, ensuring effective cash flow, reconciliations, and lender reporting

+ Lead and optimize revenue cycle processes

+ Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and management reports

+ Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

+ Partner with leadership to support budgeting, planning, and financial strategy
