Controller

IFG Pittsburgh is recruiting a Controller that leads accounting and financial operations, including reporting, close processes, and internal controls, while ensuring GAAP compliance. The Controller will partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, and oversees cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships. The Controller also manages accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, collaborates with external auditors, and drives process improvements, cost management, and overall financial performance.


Responsibilities of the Controller 

Lead all core accounting functions, including general ledger management, month-end close, financial statement preparation, and balance sheet reconciliations

Produce and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring full compliance with GAAP and internal policies
