Controller for U.S. Accounting Operations

Lead financial integrity at our Calgary office as the Controller overseeing U.S. accounting. This role drives compliance with U.S. GAAP and provides financial leadership to our projects.
As the Controller, you will manage financial reporting and accounting operations while focusing on project accounting and cash flow management. Your expertise will play a critical role in presenting financial results and trends to executive leadership. With a hands-on approach, you will ensure accurate, timely reporting while collaborating with Finance Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own monthly and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and present financial statements and schedules
• Manage construction accounting and job cost controls
• Oversee cash management and working capital
• Support compliance with U.S. GAAP and risk management
Requirements:
• CPA designation is required
