Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to provide steady financial leadership for a growing specialty services organization in Ponder, Texas. This Long-term Contract position will play a central role in strengthening accounting operations, improving financial insight, and helping the business build a scalable finance function. The ideal candidate brings a practical, hands-on approach and can guide both daily execution and broader process enhancement in a fast-changing environment.
