Robert Half is assisting a client in their search of an experienced Controller to oversee and manage financial operations for their organization in Springfield, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while contributing to strategic financial planning.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Perform account and bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.

• Oversee AIA billing processes and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
