Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to provide hands-on leadership across accounting operations for a higher education institution in Indiana. This Long-term Contract position will oversee core financial activities, guide a small team, and work closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain accurate reporting and strong compliance practices. The role is well suited for an experienced accounting specialist who brings sound judgment, operational depth, and a collaborative approach within a mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day accounting activities, including oversight of the general ledger, financial reporting support, and accuracy of core accounting records.
