Converting Printing Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Reviews, monitors and provides action plan/s to ensure that set Quality Objectives for Printing Section is achieved.
• Monitors daily production output & waste percentage and ensures both are within specified targets. Reviews targets on a weekly basis in order to ensure that KPIs are within control and provides necessary corrective action if needed.
• Random line inspection to check conformance of output to specification, operators to SOPs and machine parameters.
• Checks roll to roll samples for printability and colors with designated ink to match standard colors following formulas and LSD.
• Randomly matches color using conventional color matching or through the use of spectrophotometer.
• Prepares, monitors and ensures adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• Responsible for machine history; ensures all machine history is recorded in real time for traceability and analysis.
