Assisting fee earners with the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completionPreparing and drafting legal documents and correspondenceLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to provide updates and request informationHandling administrative tasks including file opening, ID checks, and maintaining accurate recordsOrdering searches and reviewing documentationSupporting with post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsManaging incoming calls and emails, ensuring a high level of client care at all times Requirements
