Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese and English (is a must)
- 1-3 yrs in operations, project coordination or assistant role
- Strong execution and follow up skills
- Proficient in excel / google sheet
- Analytical, detail-oriented, fast-paced
- Experience in IGAMING / ONLINE CASINO / GAMING INDUSTRY
- Familiar with Philippine Market(GCASH/ MAYA/user behavior)
- Experience in campaign or performance support roles
Key Responsibilities
- Track and Analyze key metrics (DAU ,REVENEU,ACQUISITION,RETENTION ,VIP PERFORMANCE)
- Prepare daily/weekly performance report
- Assist in managing campaigns and promotions(bonus, cash back and VIP program)
- Coordinate withOPS, Marketing Tech, CS teams
- Tract project timelines and ensure on-time execution
