- Apply food service fundamentals, including sanitation, procurement, product rotation, menu planning, customer service, knife skills, and hygiene.
- Lead catering needs, soup preparations, and entrée offerings. Prepare convenience items and all salad bar preparations.
- Perform line cooking in a fast-paced environment; set up, prepare foods to order specifications, and conduct thorough end-of-shift cleaning, including equipment and operational areas and safe food storage.
