As Ops & CX Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of performance across operations and customer experience function, and to develop and implement a repeatable process for monitoring and reporting it.
The role will be focused on driving data driven decision making & delivering continuous improvement through strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You must have the maturity to work independently on a day-to-day basis and have the wisdom to know when to collaborate, delegate and/or escape.
