Responsibilities
- To check new Purchase Order (PO) to supplier generated based on MRP run or shortages based on customer PO quantity.
- Update & check customer OS PO against company stock status.
- Liaise with customer and supplier on material delivery schedule.
- Deal with customers & suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
- At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing role.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, good multitasking skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
