Role Responsibilities
- Support the Global Talent Acquisition organization by performing administrative tasks to attract, hire, and retain high‑quality talents.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Act as Tier1 support for all Talent Acquisition queries, including those received via the ticketing system or shared mailbox.
- Gather insights, data, or information while utilizing the Applicant Tracking System.
- Promote a positive experience from application to hire for candidates.
- Support execution of successful employee onboarding activities, contributing to increased new‑hire engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all Talent Acquisition queries or requests.
- Manage user set‑up and access, conduct first‑line investigation and troubleshooting, and coordinate with other centers of excellence for Tier2 support.
