Applications Manager

The Applications Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity and guaranteeing the quality of the Applications, as well as managing the Application system maintenance activities, which include:

• Ensuring the proper functioning of applications and that they can be maintained and upgraded
• Proposing methods to increase optimization and efficiency, to enable technical upgrades of the applications
• Applying the guidelines of the obsolescence management plan
• Deploying the continuity of service action plan, including Disaster Recovery and Live Play

In a nutshell, this position serves as a Technical Delivery role . The Applications Manager must have a strong Technical background in Security/Risks, Applications Obsolescence topics, with good documentation, communications and coordination skills, and experience in a Core Banking environment .
