Position Overview

Account Executive – Atlantic region, reporting to the Regional Vice President Business Development. The role focuses on driving sales and building relationships with group insurance clients across the Atlantic region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to execute the organization’s sales strategies.
• Manage all aspects of the sales function for the assigned block of business within the Atlantic region.
• Achieve annual targets for new business, retention, execution, and profitability.
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients through a relationship‑based approach.
• Coordinate business development efforts with service and underwriting teams.
