Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in a broad range of transactional matters involving corporate governance, business transactions, and commercial real estate deals.



Salary 70K-75K



This role will play a key part in managing transactions from initial due diligence through closing and post-closing activities while ensuring exceptional client service and attention to detail. This position is based in Philadelphia, PA.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in handling multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced law firm environment.
