An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Interim Corporate Finance Manager to join a highly regarded independent firm of accountants based in the North West. This role will support the partner with a specific focus on the financial due diligence and reporting aspects of transactions.
Your new role
Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality buy‑side and sell‑side support, including:

Leading and supporting financial due diligence engagements

Preparing clear, concise financial due diligence reports for clients

Analysing historical financial information, including EBITDA, cash flow and net debt

Identifying key risks, issues and value drivers within target businesses

Supporting clients through the transaction process, working to tight deadlines

Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external advisers
