We’re hiring a Corporate Lawyer based in Stellenbosch, South Africa to support a UK top-20 accountancy and advisory firm. This is a key role within the firm's Legal Services division and is suited for a legally qualified professional with 3+ years’ experience in corporate law and governance , who can lead a small team , manage complex filings, and work directly with UK partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review corporate legal documentation including resolutions, share transactions, shareholder agreements, and board minutes
  
• Oversee statutory compliance and Companies House filings for UK private companies (training provided where needed)
  
• Lead and mentor junior staff (Legal Assistants, Company Secretarial Officers) across task execution, quality control, and client delivery
