POSITION: CORPORATE LAWYER
WORK SET-UP: ON-SITE (Mon.-Fri.)
WORK LOCATION: Makati City, Manila
SALARY: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 (negotiable for outstanding candidates)
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and other strategic transactions.
- Liaise with external counsel and manage legal risks on behalf of the company.
- Ensure legal compliance across various jurisdictions and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
