Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of R&D projects in coordination with the team.
• Organize the team, ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
• Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
• Actively participate in internal meetings and with external stakeholders (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) to promote training and share knowledge.
• Conduct market studies and monitoring to stay aware of latest technologies and assess their integration into products.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
• High level of English (at least C1); other languages (e.g., German) are valuable.
• At least two years of experience in a similar position and experience managing a team.
