Corporate Partner - Guildford

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join this top 100, rated practice who have an office based in Guildford. The firm are going from strength to strength and are now looking to grow their Corporate team.

This role would suit an existing Partner who is 10 pqe+ and who has established themselves within the Corporate market. Ideally you will have built up a client following that is portable and will have experience in M and A work, disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures and MBI and MBO's.

You will have gained experience in training and mentoring junior members of staff ,along with supervisory experience gained from a London or rated regional firm.
