Corporate Resources Traineeship [GRIT@Gov]

You will be part of a team that supports the planning and management of the Ministry’s corporate resourcing needs, particularly in the areas of parliamentary and official gifts support. You will play a key role in enhancing our systems and processes through the use of digital solutions. This traineeship provides an excellent opportunity to build competencies in collaboration and stakeholder management, project management, communication and business domain knowledge.

• (i) administer Parliamentary Question (PQ) processes such as coordinating inputs from divisions and putting up submissions to management;
• (ii) explore using technologies such as RPA, AI and LLMs to improve PQ routing processes and improving the quality of PQ replies and speeches;
• (iii) improve other corporate processes such as the administration of corporate gifts received by MND officers in the course of their work.
