Overview

The Affiliate Marketing Supervisor develops and manages partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to promote our OFW loan products. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, relationship management, and performance-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates (e.g., OFW/Seafarer influencers, vloggers/bloggers, financial advisors, remittance partners, organizations, and companies). Conduct research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop and propose commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions to attract and retain affiliate partners. Gather the necessary documentation and data to validate proposed programs and implement them once approved.
