Job Scope
- Manage and handle portfolio of 70 SME companies
- Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e., incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.)
- E‑Meet clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
- Perform other admin or secretarial ad‑hoc duties as and when required

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, multi‑task and is meticulous
