Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change Intern

ERM Iberia is hiring an intern to support the Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change (CSCC) team, with potential collaboration on projects from other departments such as Safe & Sustainable Operations (SSO) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This office‑based position (Madrid or Barcelona) provides a unique opportunity to work on national and international projects addressing key challenges in corporate sustainability, compliance, and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Support in GHG emissions inventories and decarbonization strategies.
• Assist in climate risk and opportunity assessments (TCFD).
• Contribute to double materiality assessments, value chain mapping, and other CSRD-related topics.
• Support in ESG strategy development and sustainability reporting (GRI, CDP, SBTi).
