Corporate Tax Experienced Senior Associate

The Corporate Tax Experienced Senior Associate will join the Corporate Tax practice, focusing on corporate income tax compliance, tax consulting, and ASC 740 income tax accounting (provision preparation and/or audit support). This role requires strong end-to-end tax provision experience, including preparation, review, and audit exposure. The Senior Associate will manage client engagements, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver high-quality tax solutions to corporate clients, including multinational organizations with revenues ranging from $100M to $1B. Hybrid schedule requires a minimum of three days per week in-office or at client sites in Dallas, TX.

Must-Have Qualifications
