Your new role

As this Firm’s Corporate Tax Lawyer, you will be working with a dedicated team of specialist tax lawyers with previous experience of working with national and international firms. You will be advising entrepreneurs and privatepanies on the whole spectrum of tax issues – this includes start-ups and new investments, buy-outs, EIS, employee incentives, profit extraction and executive remuneration; re-sale tax planning,pany sales and acquisitions, personal tax issues for shareholders; succession issues andpany reorganisations.
