Corporate Trainer

Position Purpose

• A Corporate Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organization's talent by providing comprehensive training during onboarding and as needed throughout employment.
• This role will work with specified departments to deliver, update, manage and track courses required for Team Member development and become the subject matter expert in that field.
• A Corporate Trainer is responsible for performing skill assessments and delivering coaching to improve performance goals. A Corporate Trainer role is responsible for facilitating in‑person, virtual or blended training when needed, to all levels of Team Members within the organization.
