Cost Analyst

We have been engaged by one of our established clients, a well-regarded Greater Toronto Area based construction cost consultancy to place a Cost Analyst into a role they consider business critical.

What your first year will look like:

• You're on construction sites monthly, reviewing progress claims directly with contractors
• You're the one tracking the budget, flagging variances, and recommending solutions
• Your reports go to clients and lenders — your name is on the work
• You're reviewing real contracts and identifying real risks

This is a role where your 2–3 years of experience can genuinely accelerate. You'll be supported toward your PQS or CEC designation with a team that takes professional development seriously.
