Working Location: Mac Pherson (near MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days. Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather data and validate assumptions
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead
- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitive estimates
- Develop and maintain cost databases and estimation models
- Present cost reports and pricing strategies to management and clients
- Support tender submissions and bid proposals
- Adjust estimates based on scope changes and client feedback
