Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Identify inventions, draft, and prosecute patent applications; manage a global patent portfolio for radiopharmaceutical drug development.
- Review and approve scientific and clinical publications.
- Advise internal clients on intellectual property matters.
- Conduct strategic IP analysis and due diligence, including analysis of third‑party patent portfolios.
- Perform freedom‑to‑operate and patentability analyses.
- Align with external collaborators and strategic partners on global IP strategy.
- Provide transactional support for IP matters related to clinical trial agreements and licenses.
- Manage the use of outside legal counsel globally.
- 5+ years of life sciences patenting experience (preferably pharmaceuticals), with a mix of law firm and in‑house experience preferred.
