Role Overview

The Country Manager – Surgical Vision is responsible for leading the overall commercial strategy, execution, and business performance across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei for the Cataract and Refractive portfolio. This senior leader defines long‑term strategic direction, drives sustainable growth, and ensures effective execution across both direct and distributor markets while building high‑performing teams and strengthening stakeholder partnerships in a complex regulatory environment.
