Looking for a couple to join us at Nyati Safari Lodge

Front of House/Reservations

• Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
• Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest information
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out)
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Provide information on lodge facilities, activities, and services
• Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and operations teams for smooth guest experiences
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Perform general front desk administrative duties

Prior hospitality or lodge experience is advantageous.
