Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Course Developer - Maritime to join our team. This role is responsible for the design, development, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training courses to ensure alignment with the latest trends and best practices in the maritime industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal and external statutory/regulatory guidelines.
• Develop detailed design and development plans for new training courses.
• Design and develop mandatory and customized training courses in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Document and track changes in course development and improvement.
• Ensure the integrity of data and references used in course development.
• Collect and submit research materials used in course development to the library.
• Maintain quality records related to department operations.
