Creative Lead

At IT By Design, we’re looking for a Creative Lead who can own and scale our brand across every touchpoint — digital, campaigns, events, and content. This is NOT just a design role. This is about building a consistent, high-quality brand system and ensuring everything we put out looks and feels world-class. What you’ll do: • Own brand consistency across all channels • Define and enforce design systems (colors, typography, layouts, tone & voice) • Act as the final quality check for all creative output • Elevate campaign and event communication • Build scalable templates, guidelines, and creative workflows • Work closely with marketing, leadership, and content teams What we’re looking for: • 6 years in creative / brand / art direction roles • Strong experience in building brand systems (not just execution) • Someone who can balance speed quality • Strong eye for detail and high creative standards • Experience in B2B / SaaS / agency setups is a plus Tools: Adobe Suite | PPT/Slides | A...
