Manager, Creative
Mistplay is the #1 loyalty app for mobile gamers, connecting millions of players with new games and rewards. We are looking for an experienced creative leader to drive marketing and product initiatives in a high‑velocity, performance‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Creative Operations & Traffic Management: Serve as the operational hub for the department, triaging and prioritizing daily requests across DTC and B2B under the direction of the Creative Director. Partner with internal stakeholders to refine briefs and keep team bandwidth in Asana aligned with leadership priorities.
- Creative Performance & Optimization: Work with the User Acquisition team to translate performance data into actionable ad concepts. Test and iterate on hooks, value propositions, and ad copy to ensure assets constantly evolve and resonate with our audience.
