Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst I role supports Essex Lease Financial Corporations objectives through the review, recommendation and approval of industrial equipment finance applications . The position involves working closely with the Essex sales team, documentation specialist, and our customers to provide tailored solutions that match customer needs . This is a full-time position based in our Calgary, AB office . The position reports to the Credit Manager (AVP, Credit) as part of a collaborative team . Professional growth within the organization will be encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Review and recommend conventional and near-conventional credit applications, financial statement analysis, evaluation of equipment, evaluation of industry, and overall assessment of credit risk.
• Work closely with members of Essex’s sales and documentation teams, customers, and external sales sources.
