Post Reports to: Credit Control Supervisor
Location: Head Office (Ottery, Cape Town)

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Timely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis.
2. Allocation of payments.
3. Reconciling of debtors statements.
4. Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts.
5. Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis).
6. Liaise professionally with external/internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff.
7. Deadline Driven.
8. Target Driven.
9. High attention to detail.
