Credit Controller R20 000.00 to R23 000.00

Job Responsibilities

1. Full debtors function – follow up with site administrator;
2. Identify risk via effective credit checks;
3. Ensure that all customer credits, refunds or discounts are managed and enabled;
4. Allocation of payments and balancing thereof;
5. Ensuring that bad debt provision is kept as low as possible;
6. Manually releasing sales order amounts over credit limit;
7. Communication to follow up on overdues;
8. Preparing month end overdue report;
9. Debtors reconciliations;
10. Loading / maintenance of Debtors master file;
11. Customer payment allocations;
12. Process debit and credit notes;

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric;

2 years experience.
