Main Responsibilities

Make certain that all responsibilities given to the Credit Investigator are consistent with approved policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to TAT.
• Review the credit profile and related information of the borrowers, and check the authenticity of the submitted documents.
• Conducts telephone verification on borrowers' Trade reference, Bank references and Credit Reference.
• Conducts an interview with the applicant to determine the risk profile, and if deemed necessary, may do an ocular inspection of the residence/ business location.
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements, credit policies and controls are in place in delivering credit functions.
• Perform a thorough assessment and prepare the necessary Credit Evaluation report for recommendations.
• Conducts property appraisal, asset checking and performs annotation/encumbrances. ...
