Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the credit management team, tracking performance through KPIs and metrics.
- Act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk credit issues.
- Conduct credit assessments and ongoing reviews for new and existing customers, setting and managing credit limits.
- Evaluate the financial health and creditworthiness of clients to minimize exposure to risk.
- Recommend and implement action plans to enhance credit processes, collections, and risk management.
- Maintain and regularly update process flows, SOPs, and desk instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
