Credit Operations Data Analyst: Dashboards & Strategic Insights

As a Data Analyst for Credit Operations , you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Retail Credit Operations Division. In addition, you will be tasked with creating reports, delivering data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and managing various business initiatives.

How you'll contribute

• Creation and maintenance of dashboard/MIS reports used by Retail Credit Operations Division.
• Keep track of business targets and productivity of the core operation teams.
• Collaborate with different teams within the division to identify and support their analytical needs.
• Identify process gaps and potential improvement in the current process that will bring positive value to the business.
• End to end management of strategic projects initiated by the department and perform post monitoring to ensure that the projected business impact is met.
