Job Description
- Design and continuously refine credit policies and frameworks
- Develop and execute end-to-end credit strategy
- Drive data-led decision making across underwriting and portfolio management
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to launch new lending products
- Build robust business cases for new initiatives (e.g. secured lending, motor finance)
- Monitor portfolio performance and optimize risk-return trade-offs
- Collaborate cross-functionally across global teams
