Crew Accounting & P&I Claims Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle crew accounting matters and manage crew P&I claims within our shipping operations.

• Verify and process crew accounts, port disbursement invoices, and crewing-related expenses
• Coordinate Cash To Master (CTM) arrangements with vessels and port agents
• Record crewing expenses in BASS accounting system
• Liaise with vessels, manning agents, port agents, and internal departments on crew financial matters
• Prepare periodic crew cost reports

• Manage and follow up on crew P&I claims (injury, illness, medical repatriation, disability, etc.)
• Liaise with P&I Clubs, correspondents, lawyers, and medical providers
• Prepare and submit claim documentation and monitor reimbursements
