Role Summary
To provide logistical support to clients regarding on-signing and off-signing of crew members.
What you’ll be doing
To arrange flights, hotel accommodation and transport as required for crew prior to on-signing or following off-signing, clients, service engineers or any other visitors to the UK. To arrange training courses for clients or crew as required. To assist with visa applications and other immigration requirements. To arrange medical assistance for ill/injured crew and routine medicals as required. To arrange launch vessels / crew boats / helicopters for vessels that do not port call. Assist other offices with crew changes, as required. Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business. What we’re looking for
